Technology Alumni Association, Delhi Chapter, has organized an
alumni get-together to celebrate the recently finished 50th
Convocation at IIT Kharagpur. You are invited.

Dear Fellow IIT Kgp Alumnus,
It is indeed a matter of pride for all of us to see IIT Kharagpur
recognize the contributions of its Alumnus by inviting Arjun
Malhotra (BTech/1970/ECE/RP) as the CHIEF GUEST during the 50th
CONVOCATION Event held in Kharagpur Campus on 26th February 2005. It
is indeed a rare honour bestowed by any Institution and we are proud
of IIT Kharagpur as well as global achievements of OUR Alumnus. It
is a reason to celebrate.
TAA Delhi has a tradition of organizing Annual General Meeting
wherein the past activities and future events are highlighted to the
members of the Association. ALSO a new executive team is elected
every two years. The term of the Current Executive Committee expires
on 31st march 2005 and we need to elect a new team in place for next
two years wef 1st April 2005 till 31st March 2007.
We have organized the AGM on 19th March 2005 at Varuna Naval
Officers Mess Domestic Airport Road New Delhi . The meeting will start
at 730pm and after the AGM & Elections , there will be drinks and
dinner for all members.
You are also required to pay your TAA Membership Fee of Rs 200 for
the period April 03 till March 05, if not already paid, to be eligible
to contest for a post or vote.
If you desire to be an office bearer (ie; decade rep or joint
secretary or treasurer or secretary or Vice President or President)
you may get in touch with the Returning Officer Mr Abhijit Ray on
his office no 26014717 and send the nomination letter for the position
duly signed by you and seconded by two members(fee paid) by courier

For being eligible to contest, you should have attended atleast one
program in the current year and paid the membership dues till date.
Additionally if you are desirous to be Secretary, Vice President or
President, you should have served as a member on the committee in
past years. The last date to receive nominations is 16th March 2005.
The participation cards can be picked up from any of the following
collection centres on payment of the requisite charges per person
from 9th March onwards till 17th March 2005.
