KGPNET: Picnic (Bay Area)!

IIT Kharagpur Alumni Annual Picnic
West Coast

Its time for our annual west coast picnic. This time we are providing advance notice, so please mark your calendars and spread the word.

We are desperately in need of a few good enthu men and women, especially people from the pre-80s and post 93 batches to join the baypicnic@kgpnet.org mailing list. If you think you qualify send mail to the address.

For those who missed last year's west coast picnic, here is a first hand report.
When:
Saturday September 13, 1997
11 am - 4pm
Where:
Vasona Lake Park, Los Gatos
Cost:
$17 per person,
$6.00 for kids under the age of 10. Infants FREE.
Also FREE for people visiting from out of state!

  • The number of people attending
  • Vegetarian / Non-Vegetarian food preference.

  • Highway 17 south.
  • Exit Lark Avenue and turn left at traffic light.
  • Right on Los Gatos Blvd.
  • Right on Blossom Hill Rd.
  • Vasona Lake Park is on the right hand side after about 200 meters.
    Look for signs directing you to the picnic area.
    There is a $3.00 per vehicle fee the park charges.
