Labor: To fetch the golden apples of Hesperides, which belonged to Zeus
Hercules went in search of the secret garden.
His quest led him to the following:
- A battle with Nereus who could change his shape at will
- A fight with Antaeus and Busiris, sons of Poseidon
- Obtaining Atlas’s help in getting the apples
