Calling all IIT Kharagpur alumni in the San Francisco Bay Area. Banquet dinner and Panel discussion with four prominent and distinguished "Lifetime Achievement Award" receipients from IIT Kharagpur. The panelists are: Come join us in a banquet to celebrate this award and meet the awardees and your fellow alumni. Join the discussion on their visions and their experiences.

You have heard about them, come meet them and learn from their experiences as to how the KGP spirit and KGP ka tempo has played a key role in their lives and career. This event is a unique opportunity for you to network with your fellow IITians who have excelled in the Industry and Academics.

Directions to the restaurant:

Coming from: 101- N, 101-S, or 85-S:
  1. Take Shoreline Blvd. Exit ( from 85-S do not enter 101 as Hwy ends. It ends on Shoreline Exit!)
  2. Left at Light at end of ramp. (Yes, this applies for both 101-N &101-S)
  3. You are now on Shoreline Blvd. Stay on this road for 1 mile approx. till you come to Park gate. There is a Stop sign at the gate.
  4. From Gate follow on divided road noting signs to Michaels/Links Clubhouse.
  5. Just before the sailboat pier, you are directed to a left turn (across the opposing lane of the divided road) that takes you to the restaurant parking lot.

  • 7:50 - 8:00 PM: Meeting called to order -- President Raj Khanna -- Raj to address The Bay Area Chapter Progress during the last year And the plan for the next year and recognize the Life Fellow Awardees.
  • 8:00 - 8:30 PM -- Panel Discussion, Topic "Passion for IIT"
  • 8:30 - 9:00 PM -- Buffet dinner
  • 9:00 PM Slide presentation on Bay Area Chapter Activities and IIT KGP
